The Life Coaching process provides active listening and reflective questions for you to explore self-awareness, pursue desires, assess situations and relationships, create your mindset, remove limitations, gain motivations, set goals, experience support, utilize resources, implement plans, define and see success with significance and gratitude. That's a lot, but you set the pace and agenda that is most valuable. Some coaching times you may just want to peacefully and joyfully reflect.

As a Life Coach through Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI), I have the knowledge to assist you with International Coach Federation (ICF) approved class training. ICF is the gold standard in coaching. I am fully credentialed as PCC (Professional Certified Coach). I have been a certified Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches Corporation for over a decade. Life Coaching is not counseling, mentoring, or consulting. ICF defines "Life Coaching" as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. I am a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Master’s degree in Business and Healthcare Management.
The greatest experience of my life is being a wife and mom. I have been married 27 years and have 2 sons. I have experienced full time and part time career seasons in nursing, business, teaching, and music. There was the precious "stay at home" season of life when our boys were little too. A decade of caring for elder parents has been significant as well. I am thankful for my life experiences and some of them may be relatable and helpful to you.
